The installation plan was made for a contest.
The task was to imagine a statue or installation next to the new MOL Campus.

My initial idea was that the form has to be organic. The divided shape of the lung inspired me, so I decided to have two separate shapes which are fitting together. The two hemlock encloses an inner area. I separated each hemlock to create an inner and an outer one. The outer is horizontally perforated and the inner vertically. The perforations results in a Moiré-effect when one is looking through the installation while moving. Also thanks to the perforations the sunshine throws interesting shadow play during the day. At night the LED stripes on the inner hemlock of each side, illuminates the statue.
